Cardenas Gardening Lawn Maintenance's experienced gardeners have all the skills and equipment required to keep your lawn beautifully lush day in and day out, season after season, year upon year. From standard tasks like mowing, edging and trimming. We do everything required to maintain your emerald isle of serenity that is why its quality over price. We are local family owned business since 1995 who takes pride in our work. You will always have the same 1 or 2 family members on your property doing the work. We are Licensed & Insured.
New Customers
Every new customer must pre-pay at the beginning of the month. This insures our company is paid on time and we can continue to put you on the schedule, failure to pay on time may result in stopping service. Any questions you have we'll answer. We want to make our lawn care company a good experience for you. We do this by offering credit card payments via online on YARDBOOK by us charging your credit card on file when it's time for payment and you can also pay in person still. Our complete dedication to our customers insures them quality services with reliable schedules. We currently offer only weekly or bi-weekly schedules for yard maintenance. There is no contract, but we insist on communicating to us within a 48 hour time period for any changes. Communication and feedback is key, so please let us know how we can make your experience the best for you. Please pick up after your dogs or kids toys if laying around the yard. Job days are subject to availability. Priority is given to the customer who gives a deposit for extra jobs like tree pruning etc...
Holiday/ Weather
Cardenas Gardening understands the importance of holiday events. There are a few holidays that we will not be open for. The holidays that we will be closed for will include Thanksgiving, Christmas, and any that fall on a Monday. Phone calls and emails received on a vacation day will be responded to promptly the following open day. If it rains or if it is really windy on the day service is suppose to be perform, we will reschedule until next week and have twice the work but we will charge the same monthly amount because the weather is nobody's fault.
Locked Gates
Please make sure all back yards are accessible on your scheduled lawn care visit. There will be no discounts for incomplete services due to locked gates, etc.
